These purposes of the Alumni Association of A.M.E University-USA shall remain in effect for as long as A.M.E University remains organized exclusively for charitable, literary or educational, purposes under Sections 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended from time to time (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law)
